Marcie Hall is a Western Pennsylvania painter and illustrator, whose whimsical, inspired depictions of nature, animals, inspirational people, and buildings have been regionally and internationally commissioned for public art and private collections since 2005. March and her family recently moved to Oil City where she also has a studio in the National Transit Building.
When Marcy is not painting, she can be found with one of her rescue pets, including a dog, two cats, two rabbits, and 3 guinea pigs. With leftover time she’s likely hiking, biking, birding, baking, working on house projects, or reading about one the aforementioned. She is thrilled to be a part of Oil City’s thriving art community along side so many talented artists, designers, and crafters.
